Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance for the BCa19 meeting will be available to print as of Tuesday, 21 May 2019. Before obtaining your Certificate of Attendance, you will be requested to enter the number under the barcode on your badge to log in (type the number without the *) as well as complete the post-test. It is therefore important to retain the delegate badge for this purpose. Information on CME accreditation is available here.
Cloakroom / Luggage
A cloakroom is available and is at participants’ disposal during congress hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of each day.
The EAU Update on Bladder Cancer, Turin, Italy, 16/05/2019-18/05/2019 has been granted 20 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).
Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form. Cf. criteria 9 and 23 of UEMS 2016.20.
In order to help you issue individual certificates to each participant, please find below the breakdown of ECMEC®s per day:

The electricity in Turin runs on 230 volts and the frequency is 50 Hz and the connection is made by the standard European two-pin plug and socket. A converter is needed if the appliance used is 110V.

All presentations during the BCa Congress will be conducted in English, the official language of the EAU. Translation to other languages is not available.
Lost and Found
Found items should be returned to the registration desk at the registration desk. If you lose or find something, please report to this desk for assistance.
The sound and flashlights of mobile phones must be switched off during all sessions.
Journalists and medical/science writers can obtain free registration to the Congress. Press registrations have to be made through the online registration system (preferred) or onsite at the registration desk. All media operators must show their credentials (press card dated 2019/2020 and original assignment letter).
All bags may be subject to inspection. Security is present for your safety. Please take all personal effects with you when leaving the session rooms.
Smoking is prohibited inside the congress center and the exhibition area.
