Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance for the BCa19 meeting will be available to print here as of Tuesday, 21 May 2019. Before obtaining your Certificate of Attendance, you will be requested to enter the number under the barcode on your badge to log in (type the number without the *) as well as complete the post-test. It is therefore important to retain the delegate badge for this purpose. Information on CME accreditation is available here.
Cloakroom / Luggage
A cloakroom is available and is at participants’ disposal during congress hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of each day.
Each delegate can collect a congress bag at the registration desk.
The electricity in Turin runs on 220 volts and the frequency is 50 Hz. Plugs have two round pins. A plug adaptor will be required if incompatible electronic devices are used.

All presentations during the BCa Congress will be conducted in English, the official language of the EAU. Translation to other languages is not available.
Lost and Found
Found items should be returned to the registration desk at the registration desk. If you lose or find something, please report to this desk for assistance.

The app doesn’t necessarily require an internet access. You can use the app offline but please note that some features will only be updated when you’re online e.g. news, tweets, etc.

Journalists and medical/science writers can obtain free registration to the Congress. Press registrations have to be made through the online registration system (preferred) or onsite at registration desk. All media operators must show their credentials (press card dated 2018/2019 and original assignment letter).

All bags may be subject to inspection. Security is present for your safety. Please take all personal effects with you when leaving the session rooms.
Smoking is prohibited inside the congress centre and the exhibition area.
